This template is designed to help athletes develop speed, power, coordination, timing, and strength. It is a six-week, five-day-a-week training program. Six workouts are given each week, with Thursday's workout being optional. At the end of this training phase, the goal is to be more athletic. This template maximizes aspects of physical performance and athletic training, incorporating the physicality of sport such as jumping, throwing, rotation, anti-rotation, running, plyometrics, and balance.
