What is Chaotic Capacity?

What is Chaotic Capacity?

You've heard us throw around the term "chaotic capacity" and we even wrote a couple of templates around this concept.

It was created by Rob DelaCruz (of Cerus Performance) when it became necessary to get Jeff Evans back in CrossFit shape FAST when he decided to make a comeback to the sport.

Chaotic Capacity is aerobic and threshold training that mimics the disarray of a functional fitness workout (aka the metcon). But, in chaotic capacity workouts, athletes are tasked with pacing and learning to recover while moving.

Using this concept, Jeff was able to return to the sport of CrossFit and land on the podium at the Granite Games, an elite competition.

So, we decided to write and offer a template for others, first for CrossFitters and later a second one for general fitness.

You can learn more about Chaotic Capacity at THIS video and, until the end of 2024, we are offering Chaotic Capacity training templates free!

So, get yours now, put in the work and give us your feedback!
