Renew
This is an easy one to incorporate into your daily routine, just like you would a protein shake (in fact you can add it to your protein shake). We have heard that it’s best to take earlier in the day. Some people are sensitive to the cordyceps, which gives you energy and stamina, so you may not want to take it at night. Most people like it post-workout and feel like they recover much better than without.
Flow/Flow Pro
This is our best-seller and for a reason…it really helps people push harder! Our customers take it 30-60 minutes before training and report that when they DON’T take it, they feel the difference!
REM
The jury is in and an hour before bed seems to be the sweet spot. You gradually get relaxed and tired - it doesn’t come on quickly and knock you out like pharmaceutical sleep aids.
Performance Hydration
We hear all types of timing for this one and each is correct. Some people like to sip on it all day. Some take it before a strength session to feel a pump. And others take it after training so rehydrate.
