Renew Recipes!

While Renew is delicious on it's own, sometimes you just feel like getting fancy! Below and three recipes we've tested and love to add a little variety and nutrition to your diet. 

Renew Overnight Oats 
Makes 1 serving 
½ cup oats (quick or old-fashioned) 
1 scoop Renew 
½ tbsp. chia seeds 
¼ tsp. cinnamon 
¾ cup almond milk (or other milk of choice) 
Toppings of choice

Mix all dry ingredients so they are evenly distributed. Mix in almond milk. Store in refrigerator overnight. Once oats have absorbed all the liquid, give it another quick stir and add any toppings you like - berries, slivered almonds, peanut butter, etc. 

*note: don't skip the chia seeds as they absorb the liquid. 

Purple Haze Recovery Smoothie
Makes 1 serving 
4 ounces kefir
3 ounces orange juice
1/2 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 frozen banana
1 scoop Renew

Blend all ingredients and enjoy! 

*note: if you don't have frozen fruit, add ice. 

CCC-Cold Brew Renew 
Makes 1 serving 
7 ounces cold brew 
4 ounces almond milk (or other milk of choice) 
1 scoop Renew 

Mix all ingredients and enjoy. 

*Pro tip: for a mocha iced coffee, use chocolate milk!
