In this meta-analysis of of five randomized controlled trials, a total of 400 participants were analyzed. Ashwagandha extract exhibited a beneficial effect in improving sleep in adults.
In terms of stress and anxiety, this systematic review and dose-response meta-analysis revealed a beneficial effect in both stress and anxiety following Ashwagandha supplementation.
Studies suggest 300 to 600 milligrams daily to unlock the benefits.
A 4ml dose of Flow Pro contains 600mg of Ashwagandha; a 2ml dose of Flow contains 300mg.
A 4ml dose of REM contains 300mg of Ashwagandha.
Further studies are needed, but so far, it sounds like Ashwagandha is a winner!
