We all want to eat healthy AND save time. Here are some easy meal prep ideas that we do weekly!
Make a big batch of these when you’re working around your house and then store in the fridge for easy meals.
Air Fryer Fried Chicken
- Season chicken thighs (we like Nashville Hot Chicken spices)
- Shake in a bag with gluten-free breadcrumbs
- Cook on 400 degrees in your air fryer, about 13 minutes per side.
Roasted Sweet Potatoes
- Peel and cube a big batch of sweet potatoes
- Season and drizzle with avocado oil and toss
- Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.
Protein Rice
- Instead of water, add rice to bone broth and cook in a rice cooker.
Crockpot Carnitas
- Season a pork butt with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cumin and oregano.
- Put in a slow cooker for at least six hours.
- Shred and enjoy.
