Easy Meal Prep

We all want to eat healthy AND save time. Here are some easy meal prep ideas that we do weekly!

Make a big batch of these when you’re working around your house and then store in the fridge for easy meals.

Air Fryer Fried Chicken

  1. Season chicken thighs (we like Nashville Hot Chicken spices)
  2. Shake in a bag with gluten-free breadcrumbs
  3. Cook on 400 degrees in your air fryer, about 13 minutes per side.

Roasted Sweet Potatoes

  1. Peel and cube a big batch of sweet potatoes
  2. Season and drizzle with avocado oil and toss
  3. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes.

Protein Rice

  1. Instead of water, add rice to bone broth and cook in a rice cooker.

Crockpot Carnitas

  1. Season a pork butt with salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, cumin and oregano.
  2. Put in a slow cooker for at least six hours.
  3. Shred and enjoy.
